Refunds

• Refunds are not applicable for custom-designed or personalized jewellery once production has started.

• In rare cases of manufacturing defects, concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for review.

Cancellations

• Orders can only be cancelled before production begins.

• Once diamonds are sourced or manufacturing is initiated, cancellation is not permitted.

All decisions regarding refunds or cancellations will be at the sole discretion of SHREE GEM STAR after evaluation.
